1. How can we understand what your solution can do for us?  – The easiest first step is fill out our contact form so we can understand your current needs and see if what Telos does would be of benefit to your organization.

2. What does the Telos solution do? – Our solution is a donor database that integrates case management components to effectively manage children, project, trips and provide for local partner accountability. We have integrated our solution with QuickBooks to eliminate the need for double input of donations. With our solution donations go into Telos and expenses go into QuickBooks.

3. What if we already have a donor database we like and want to use? – The donor database portion of our solution is enterprise class, but we certainly understand that many have already invested a lot of time and effort with their current donor database and want to continue to use this solution. This is fine with us, you can use our case management components to advance the mission of your organization.

4. What does this solution cost?  – We are all volunteer foundation that has a passion to leverage our God-given talents and passions to help those who help orphans around the world.  While we would love to provide this solution for free to anyone who would seriously utilize it, we have to be sustainable given the ongoing operating costs of developing and supporting the infrastructure required.  The costs are per user per month and this will vary from $25 to $115 depending on whether your organization is eligible for Microsoft Dynamics CRM access through Techsoup.
