Meet Our Team

The Telos Orphan Partners team is a group of highly dedicated IT processionals who have all volunteered their time, talent and treasure to advance our initial software solution.  Our team has been working together since January 2011.  We meet monthly as a group and advance our individual responsibilities over time.

 

Jim IngramJim Ingram – is our software architect and leads the technical design of our solution.  Jim is a 30 year IT veteran who extensive software development experience as a consultant with extensive Fortune 500 enterprise application development.  Jim also lead a 15,000 hour project for Christian Foundation for Children and Aging where his team built an integrated child sponsorship solution for a global orphan care ministry that allowed them to significantly expand their base of 22,000 sponsored children.

 

 

 

John RossJohn Ross – is our resident Microsoft Dynamics CRM expert.  Our solution is built on this enterprise CRM solution. John has extensive work to modify the non-profit skin that Microsoft Labs has created to leverage this tool as a donor database and customized with child and village case management.  John is a 25 year IT veteran primarily as a database and accounting software application developer.

 

 

Eric TrujilloEric Trujillo – is our application integration guru.  Eric has extensive background in solution design, project management and application development.  Eric has worked extensively to integrate our Dynamics CRM solution to QuickBooks and WordPress so that orphan care ministries can have an integrated solution where only one input of donations is necessary.

Rauth – is our Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) and founder of Telos Orphan Partners.  While not personally a “techie” Scott acts as the business analyst that seeks to understand the needs of global orphan care ministries and translate those to the very talented Telos team for execution on their greatest needs.  Scott has a nearly 30 year background in working with non-profits and their needs in regards to technology, financial management  and workflow improvement through effective leveraging of technology.
